Brain Idioms in 3D

Brain Idioms in 3D

The Brain Idioms project was an exciting endeavor that involved literal illustrations of English idioms with the word "Brain." The concept challenged viewers to interpret the literal meaning presented in the illustration to a particular idiom.

The project encompassed both print and digital design aspects. For the print component, I created a book detailing the process from idea to final execution and produced eight final posters.

Book Design

In the digital component, I utilized 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering techniques to bring the illustrations to life. The digital aspect also included book layout design, which was tailored to maximize the viewing experience on digital platforms.

Try to guess which illustration stands for one of these expressions:
a) Brain fried                      b) No brainer
c) Brainstorm                    d) Brainwash
e) Pick someone's brain  f) Brain drain
g) Brain freeze                   h) Brain wave

Overall, the Brain Idioms project showcased my skills in print and digital design, demonstrating my ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging material that effectively communicates with the viewer.
